At Just Hockey, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are still attached to the equipment.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
