How do I know what size hockey stick or skates to buy?
We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. For skates, we generally recommend sizing down 1 to 1.5 sizes from your standard shoe size. For sticks, the height should typically reach between your nose and chin while standing in skates.
What is your return policy on used equipment?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on unused, tags-on equipment within 30 days of purchase. Note that composite sticks usually come with a one-time 30-day manufacturer warranty against breakage.
Do you offer professional skate sharpening and heat molding?
Yes, we offer complimentary heat molding for all skates purchased through Just Hockey. Skate sharpening services are available at our physical locations, and mail-in sharpening can be arranged via our customer service team.
How long does shipping take for heavy items like goal nets or bags?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. Oversized items like goal nets or heavy wheel bags may incur a small handling fee and can take up to 10 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer team discounts for bulk orders?
Absolutely! We specialize in outfitting teams with jerseys, socks, and matching equipment. Please contact our Team Sales department for a custom quote on orders of 12 units or more.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Most premium sticks have a 30-day warranty, while protective gear and skates often carry a 90-day to 1-year limited warranty against defects.
